Football Recap: Silver Lake Mustangs vs. Dorchester Longhorns
Silver Lake never let their opponents score on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Dorchester Longhorns 49-0 at home. That 49 point margin sets a new team best for the Mustangs this season.
Silver Lake was led to victory by Lane Conway and Jaxon Tenbensel. Conway rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns, while Tenbensel rushed for 86 yards and a touchdown on only five carries. Tenbensel also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, defending two passes and snagged an interception which he returned for a touchdown. Casey Conway also helped with two touchdowns in total.

Silver Lake will venture away from home to challenge Red Cloud at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Red Cloud will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Silver Lake surely won't give up without a fight. As for Dorchester, they will welcome Diller-Odell at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
