Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Hannah Rider and Peyton Anway Lead Page to Victory + How To Watch

Page hadn't done well against Nolensville recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Patriots skirted past the Knights 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Patriots: when they faced off against the Knights back in August, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

Page had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 18-25, 18-25, 25-13, 25-15, 15-11.

Leading Page to victory were Peyton Anway and Hannah Rider. Anway had 15 digs and three aces, while Rider had 13 digs and two assists. Those three aces gave Anway a new career-high. Becca Turley also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Page was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They are a perfect 6-0 when they serve at least ten aces.

Page has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Nolensville, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-5.

Page didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Brentwood on the 10th. As for Nolensville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Centennial on the 10th.
