Volleyball Recap: Highland Comes Up Short

If Highland was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of East on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rams lost 3-0 to the Skyline Eagles on Thursday. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Highland took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-21, 29-27.

Highland's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Skyline, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-15.

Coincidentally, Highland and Skyline will both be playing Olympus the next time they take the court. The Eagles will host the Titans at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Rams will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
