Softball Game Preview: Franklin Admirals vs. Centennial Cougars

Franklin hasn't had much luck against Centennial recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Admirals will host the Cougars at 5:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Franklin came up short against Independence on Wednesday, falling 8-2. The Admirals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Franklin saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Morgan Bennett, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Centennial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 12-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hendersonville.

Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 2-14-1. As for Centennial, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-13.
