Basketball Preview: Hamilton Wildcats vs. Trezevant Bears
The Hamilton Wildcats will take on the Trezevant Bears in a tournament on Tuesday.
Hamilton is headed into the match out to prove that what happened against Fayette Ware on Saturday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Hamilton was beaten by Fayette Ware 77-12. Hamilton hasn't had much luck with Fayette Ware recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, Trezevant hadn't done well against Covington recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. Everything went Trezevant's way against Covington as Trezevant made off with a 67-41 win. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Bears had established a 20 point advantage.
