Volleyball Game Preview: Ortonville Trojans vs. Central Minnesota Christian Bluejays

The Ortonville Trojans are taking a road trip to challenge the Central Minnesota Christian Bluejays at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Ortonville will be strutting in after a win while Central Minnesota Christian will be coming in after a loss.

Ortonville will bounce into Tuesday's match after beating Lac qui Parle Valley, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Trojans walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Eagles on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Meanwhile, Central Minnesota Christian unfortunately witnessed the end of their ten-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of Russell-Tyler-Ruthton by a score of 2-1.

Ortonville's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Central Minnesota Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-5.

Ortonville might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Central Minnesota Christian in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Trojans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
