Basketball Recap: Hillsboro/Central Valley Takes a Loss

If Hillsboro/Central Valley was feeling good fresh off their 72-4 takedown of Warwick last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hillsboro/Central Valley H-CV Burros took a 45-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Carrington Cardinals on Friday. The H-CV Burros have struggled against the Cardinals recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Hillsboro/Central Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Carrington, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Hillsboro/Central Valley will square off against Larimore at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Carrington, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Carrington Cardinals take on the Rugby Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
