Baseball Game Preview: Lanier Longhorns vs. Johns Creek Gladiators

The Lanier Longhorns will take on the Johns Creek Gladiators at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with six defeats in a row, Lanier turned things around against Chattahoochee on Friday. They came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 7-3.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Johns Creek, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They never let Milton get on the board and left with a 7-0 win on Friday. That looming 7-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Gladiators yet this season.

Johns Creek's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Lanier, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 4-9.
