It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Roosevelt had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They blew past the Federal Way Eagles, posting a 40-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Roughriders, who have now won six games by 25 points or more so far this season.

Dalton Anderson was his usual excellent self, throwing for 229 yards and three touchdowns on only nine passes, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground. A healthy portion of Anderson's aerial production (91 yards to be exact) went to Nolan Mcwilliams, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Roosevelt wouldn't let Federal Way keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Jubilee Tasi was the leader in that area as all came courtesy of his dominant performance.

The victory made it two in a row for Roosevelt and bumps their season record up to 7-3. As for Federal Way, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-3.

Roosevelt has already played their next contest, a 49-21 win against Seattle Prep on the 23rd. Federal Way does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
