Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cumberland Valley). They blew past the Mifflin County Huskies 12-5 on Tuesday. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Cumberland Valley's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Mifflin County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5-1.

Looking ahead, Cumberland Valley will be playing in front of their home fans against Central York at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mifflin County, they will square off against Cedar Cliff at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
