The ALA - West Foothills Guardians will head out to take on the Winslow Bulldogs at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. ALA - West Foothills is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.4 runs per game this season.

ALA - West Foothills is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to ten runs on Saturday, they were much more limited against Gilbert Christian on Tuesday. They took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights. The Guardians' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

ALA - West Foothills saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Will Silvester, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI. That double was Silvester's first of the season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Winslow). They blew past Page 9-3 on Tuesday.

Brendan Knight made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Knight was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Aiden Martinez was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing Four bases. while going 3-for-3. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.2 stolen bases per game.

Winslow kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.

Winslow's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2-1. As for ALA - West Foothills, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
