Football Recap: Ballou Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Ballou was feeling good fresh off their 50-0 takedown of Anacostia last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Knights took a 24-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Woodson Warriors on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Knights of the 20-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Despite the loss, Ballou saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Maximus Stovall threw for 200 yards and one touchdown.

Amar'E Leonard had a dynamite game For Woodson., throwing for 250 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also rushing for 46 yards.

Ballou's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Woodson, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.
