Basketball Recap: Vail Mountain's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Saturday

Vail Mountain's game on Saturday was all tied up 20-20 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 42-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Plateau Valley Cowboys. The contest marked the Gore Rangers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Jack Vig was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 14 boards for Plateau Valley. Vig's afternoon made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Colter Ralston, who posted eight points and five rebounds.
