Basketball Recap: Valley Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They secured a 53-49 W over the South Webster Jeeps on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 41-25 back in January.

South Webster lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Addi Claxon, who posted 11 points in addition to five rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Raelynn Humble, who went 5 for 9 to rack up 15 points.

The win got Valley back to even at 10-10. As for South Webster, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-20.
