Soccer Game Preview: Chandler Prep vs. Gilbert Classical Academy

The Chandler Prep Titans will venture away from home to face off against the Gilbert Classical Academy Spartans at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

Chandler Prep is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to eight goals back in December of 2024, they were much more limited against San Tan Charter on Wednesday. They fell 2-0 to the Roadrunners. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Titans haven't been shut out since back in December of 2024.

Meanwhile, Gilbert Classical Academy put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. Their defense stepped up to hand Lincoln Prep a 9-0 shutout. The contest marked the Spartans' most dominant win of the season so far.

Chandler Prep now has a losing record at 2-3-1. As for Gilbert Classical Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.

Chandler Prep was able to grind out a solid win over Gilbert Classical Academy in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, winning 2-0. Does Chandler Prep have another victory up their sleeve, or will Gilbert Classical Academy turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
