Basketball Recap: Lebanon Greyhounds vs. Father McGivney Catholic Griffins
Lebanon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were dealt a 72-40 defeat at the hands of the Father McGivney Catholic Griffins. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Greyhounds this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 78-32 back in November of 2024.
Lebanon lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being DeVaughn Ware, who posted 17 points. That was a full 42.5% of Lebanon's points, marking the third time in a row he's scored more than a third of the team's points.
