Volleyball Game Preview: Collins Hill Eagles vs. Archer Tigers

The Collins Hill Eagles will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Archer Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Collins Hill is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

On Saturday, Collins Hill came up short against Hebron Christian and fell 2-0.

Meanwhile, Archer beat Discovery 2-0 on Thursday.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Archer was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-13.

Collins Hill better focus on containing Agatha Kubecka and Jayana Castro as the pair were huge in Archer's win. Kubecka had 11 assists and six aces, while Castro had five digs and two assists. That's the most aces Kubecka has posted since back in September of 2024.

Collins Hill now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Archer, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
