Soccer Recap: Evanston Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Evanston can now relate to. They fell 4-2 to the Natrona County Mustangs on Tuesday. Evanston haven't had much luck with Natrona County recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Jordan Mendez and Edwin Burgos scored both of Evanston's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Evanston's loss dropped their record down to 2-12-1. As for Natrona County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-12.

As of now, neither Evanston nor the Mustangs have any future games scheduled.
