Jefferson came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Whitewater Whippets as they made off with a 13-4 victory. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won six games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Jefferson's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Whitewater, they dropped their record down to 0-17 with the defeat, which was their 20th straight at home dating back to last season.
