Moffat had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 54-31 margin over the Antonito Trojans. The Cowboys have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 22 points or more this season.

Moffat was led to victory by Preston Heater and Tulasi McBride. Heater almost dropped a double-double on 27 points and nine rebounds, while McBride went 6 of 9 from beyond the arc on his way to 24 points and five boards. Heater continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played.

Moffat smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in four consecutive matches.

Several Trojans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Rylan Trant, who posted 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Octavian Martinez, who had ten points.

Moffat now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Antonito, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Moffat didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 22-10 win against Non Varsity Opponent on the 11th. As for Antonito, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 73-17 loss against Sierra Grande on the 11th.
