            Softball Recap: North Florida Christian Eagles vs. Florida State University High School Seminoles        
        
		
        
        
            North Florida Christian and Florida State University High School pushed the score to  13-12 the last time they played Florida State University High School, but  on Tuesday defenses reigned supreme. The Eagles never let the Seminoles get on the board and left with  a   3-0  victory. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered  a  13-12  defeat the last time these two teams met.

The result came thanks to  Skylar Young's shutout, as she gave up just a  hit. She has been consistent: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in six consecutive appearances.

Those  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Florida State University High School, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record  this season.
 North Florida Christian has already played their next game,  a  3-0  loss against Leon on the 10th. As for Florida State University High School, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next  contest,  a  22-2  victory against FAMU DRS on the 9th.
