Basketball Game Preview: Stoney Creek Cougars vs. Rochester Falcons

Stoney Creek and Rochester are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2019, but not for long. The Stoney Creek Cougars will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rochester Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Thursday, Stoney Creek got the win against Royal Oak by a conclusive 61-41. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Cougars have posted against the Ravens since January 5, 2016.

Meanwhile, Rochester waltzed into their contest on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They enjoyed a cozy 49-32 win over the Warriors. That 17 point margin sets a new team best for the Falcons this season.

Stoney Creek's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Rochester, they have also been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.
