Softball Recap: Austin Takes a Loss

The Austin Eagles came up short against the Christian Academy Warriors on Monday, falling 20-3. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Austin saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Raelynn Montgomery, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Austin now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Christian Academy, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Austin wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 16-0 loss against Brownstown Central on the 17th. As for Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 18-0 defeat against West Washington on the 15th.
