Volleyball Recap: Saginaw Takes a Loss

Saginaw lost against Keller Central back in September of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rough Riders fell just short of the Chargers by a score of 2-1.

Keller Central's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Evah Avina, who had 21 digs and one assist. Another player making a difference was Addyson Ray, who had eight digs and two aces.

Saginaw's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Keller Central, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Saginaw will challenge Ryan at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Keller Central, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Temple at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
