Summit won the last time they faced Ravenwood and things went their way on Thursday too. The Spartans put the hurt on the Raptors with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Spartans.

Summit not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Ravenwood between 13 and 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-13, 25-16.

Maggie Kalisz paced Summit's offense, picking up 11 kills. Kalisz got some help from Amanda Shanahan and her 35 assists. Kalisz was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Summit's victory bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Ravenwood, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-17.

Summit has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Franklin on the 30th. As for Ravenwood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Independence on the 30th.
