NCISAA Colonial Carolina (8 Man) recap Nov. 7, 2012

Southampton Academy extended the longest winning streak in NCISAA Colonial Carolina (8 Man) this week by beating Cary Christian, 64-36. The win marks 11th in a row for the the Raiders.

Southampton Academy took down the Knights 64-36 last week, the largest margin of any game.

5-foot-11 quarterback Jason Fields of Word of God Christian Academy is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1061. He has also thrown 20 touchdowns. On the ground, Hobgood Academy's Greg "GJ" Mullins has rushed for 2900 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Nate Staskelunas. The Arendell Parrott Academy star has 38 catches for 849 yards.

The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between the Rams and Dale Marks' team. Word of God Christian Academy enters the game ranked second in the state, while the Raiders ranks first.

Southampton Academy led NCISAA Colonial Carolina (8 Man) in scoring this week after putting up 64 points on Cary Christian.
