Volleyball Recap: Hardin Northern Polar Bears vs. New Knoxville Rangers

Hardin Northern lost against New Knoxville back in October of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Hardin Northern Polar Bears came up short against the New Knoxville Rangers, falling 3-0. The Polar Bears haven't had much luck with the Rangers recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-16, 25-14.

Leading New Knoxville to victory were Addi Albers and Paige Webb. Albers hit 83.3% for five killsseven aces, five digs, and a block, while Webb had five digs and three aces. Albers is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in the last 22 games she's played dating back to last season.

The defeat snapped Hardin Northern's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 16-8 record. As for New Knoxville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season.
