Football Game Preview: East Robertson Indians vs. East Hickman County Eagles

The East Robertson Indians will square off against the East Hickman County Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. East Robertson will come into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.

East Robertson is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 43-0 victory over Hickman County. Given the Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee football rankings (they are ranked 20th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 246th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kason Young produced another solid performance throwing for 202 yards and four touchdowns while completing 81.2% of his passes, and also rushing for 66 yards and one score. Those four passing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Cade Brooks was Young's top target, picking up 98 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for East Hickman County's offense. They were beaten by East Nashville Magnet 34-0 on Friday. The game marked the first time this year in which East Hickman County was not able to get on the board.

East Robertson's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for East Hickman County, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
