Softball Recap: Warwick Takes a Loss

Warwick managed to slip by Manheim Township the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Warriors lost 8-0 to the Blue Streaks on Monday. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Warriors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Warwick saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Katie Heisey, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Warwick now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Manheim Township, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Warwick wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 17-0 win against Cedar Crest on the 9th. As for Manheim Township, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 16-3 victory against J.P. McCaskey on the 9th.
