Volleyball Recap: De Leon Comes Up Short

De Leon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bangs Dragons. The Bearcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Dragons earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

De Leon's defeat dropped their record down to 4-25. As for Bangs, they moved to 2-18 with that victory, which also ended their 12-match losing streak.

Looking ahead, De Leon will face off against Bluff Dale at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Bangs, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hamilton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
