Softball Recap: Immanuel Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Immanuel entered their tilt with Washington Union on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Panthers 10-0. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won seven matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

Amanda Herrera made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over five innings pitched. Herrera was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

In other batting news, Emma Watson was excellent, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one run. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was 'China' Moreno, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Immanuel always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .519. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Washington Union only posted an OBP of .167.
