Ware Shoals's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Calhoun Falls Charter Blue Flashes as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Hornets have beaten the Blue Flashes the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Blue Flashes has come to flipping the script.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Ware Shoals took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-10, 25-14.

Ware Shoals' win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Calhoun Falls Charter, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
