Basketball Recap: Unity Christian Takes a Loss

Unity Christian lost against Lutheran back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Unity Christian Lions took a 65-50 bruising from the Lutheran Crusaders. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Unity Christian now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Lutheran, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-5.

When Unity Christian and Lutheran next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Unity Christian will try to stop Warrensburg-Latham's nine-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lutheran will face off against Athens and their three-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
