Putnam City North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 12-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bethany Bronchos. One positive for the Panthers, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Putnam City North's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Bethany, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Putnam City North Panthers duke it out with Tushka Tigers at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday. As for Bethany, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Western Heights at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Western Heights has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.83 runs per game on average), something Bethany will no doubt try to take advantage of.
