Baseball Recap: Lake Cormorant vs. Olive Branch Conquistadors
Lake Cormorant was forced to take a big defeat against they on Tuesday, they got the better of them on Thursday. They never let the Olive Branch Conquistadors get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. Lake Cormorant not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 11th (when they won 11-1).
Not much got past Brayden Moberly, who gave up just three hits and racked up six Ks to keep Olive Branch off the board. Moberly also tossed a walk, which is notable because Lake Cormorant is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 5-12 otherwise.
