Volleyball Recap: Alleghany Trojans vs. Starmount Rams
Alleghany was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Starmount Rams. The Trojans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.
Alleghany started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 18-25, 23-25, 25-16, 25-12, 15-6.
