Basketball Recap: Wayne Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Wayne, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They strolled past the Maud Tigers with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 40-26. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Wayne's record is now 7-12. As for Maud, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 13 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

Wayne has already played their next matchup, a 35-30 loss against Konawa on the 7th. As for Maud, they will face off against Asher at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Asher will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Maud surely won't give up without a fight.
