St. Joseph's Academy came tearing into Friday's contest with nine straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Episcopal of Acadiana Falcons by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Redstickers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

St. Joseph's Academy's win bumped their record up to 19-11. As for Episcopal of Acadiana, their loss ended a ten-match streak of away wins and brought them to 17-7.

Coincidentally, St. Joseph's Academy and Episcopal of Acadiana will both be playing Pope John Paul II the next time they take the court. The Redstickers will host the Jaguars at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Falcons will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
