On Thursday Caden Schlotterbeck struck out ten batters over 4.2 innings while giving up three earned runs off seven hits. The performance marked the most strikeouts Schlotterbeck has had since back in February. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with more than seven strikeouts. For the season, he has an ERA of 1.86 over 41.3 innings pitched.
