Soccer Recap: Rogers Takes a Loss

Rogers was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Curtis Vikings, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, Rogers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 222nd, while Curtis are ranked 33rd).

Rogers' defeat dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for Curtis, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1-1.

Rogers has already played their next game, a 5-0 victory against Yelm on the 7th. As for Curtis, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Olympia on the 7th.
