They were beaten by Southern Wake Academy 80-22. Having soared to a lofty 55 points in the game before, the Tigers couldn't push the score so high this time.

Meanwhile, River Mill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against Woods Charter, falling 55-12. The Jaguars were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 27-6.

Triangle Math & Science's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for River Mill, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-17.

Triangle Math & Science strolled past River Mill when the teams last played on January 6th by a score of 55-36. The rematch might be a little tougher for Triangle Math & Science since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
