Volleyball Recap: West Covina Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bonita, West Covina was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bassett Olympians. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Olympians recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

West Covina's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Bassett, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

West Covina has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Southlands Christian on the 15th. As for Bassett, they are taking a road trip to face off against Mountain View at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
