Myers Park had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Berry Cardinals as they made off with a 3-0 win. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Mustangs this season.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. The match finished with set scores of 31-29, 25-9, 26-24.

Myers Park's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Berry, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Coincidentally, Myers Park and Berry will both be playing Palisades the next time they take the court. The Mustangs will host the Pumas at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Cardinals will head out to face them at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
