Basketball Recap: Owensville Comes Up Short

Owensville lost against Steelville back in January of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Owensville Dutchmen took a 52-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Steelville Cardinals. The Dutchmen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Owensville's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Steelville, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Owensville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 68-45 defeat against Southern Boone on the 17th. Steelville has also already played their next game, a 55-52 victory against St. James on the 17th.
