Basketball Recap: Campbell Comes Up Short

Campbell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They were beaten by the Ector Eagles 71-30. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 60-25 back in January.

Campbell's defeat dropped their record down to 1-25. As for Ector, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Campbell will face off against Dodd City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ector, they will welcome Miller Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ector has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 201 points over their last three matchups.
