Volleyball Game Preview: Shawnee Mission West Vikings vs. Basehor-Linwood Bobcats

Shawnee Mission West hasn't had much luck against Basehor-Linwood recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Vikings will face off against the Bobcats at 8:00 a.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Shawnee Mission West lost 3-0 to Olathe West on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18, 25-4.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Basehor-Linwood challenged Eudora on Thursday. The Bobcats fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 2-1.

Shawnee Mission West's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6-2. As for Basehor-Linwood, they now have a losing record of 6-7.
