Warren barely beat Paramount the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Warren Bears blew past the Paramount Pirates 3-0 on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won eight in a row.

Warren walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-14, 25-17, 25-20.

Warren's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Paramount, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Warren will take on Cerritos in a tournament on Saturday. As for Paramount, they will head out on the road to face off against Gahr at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Paramount is facing Gahr at the right time seeing as Gahr is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
