Basketball Recap: Clackamas Takes a Loss

Clackamas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 68-63 heartbreaker at the hands of the Sandy Pioneers. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (58), the Cavaliers still had to take the loss.

Clackamas' defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Sandy, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-4.

When Clackamas and Sandy next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Clackamas will square off against Barlow and their five-game winning streak at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Sandy will try to stop Nelson's five-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
