A well-balanced attack led Smithville over Chippewa in every quarter on their way to victory on Friday. Everything went the Smithville Smithies' way against the Chippewa Chipps as the Smithville Smithies made off with a 75-55 win. The Smithies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 20 points or more this season.

Smithville pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 27 points. As for Chippewa, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season.

Smithville will take on Newcomerstown in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Chippewa and Rittman will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on December 27th.
