After losing to Eagan the last time they met, Lakeville South decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Lakeville South Cougars walked away with a 70-62 victory over the Eagan Wildcats on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cougars.

Lakeville South has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season. As for Eagan, they dropped their record down to 9-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Lakeville South Cougars challenge the Farmington Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Eagan, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 56-32 win against Park on the 1st.
